I had Sprint since 2010 is 2022 now do you know they made me a payment arrangement up then canceled it and then told me I had to make up front payment if I want to MetroPCS I would’ve went to them this is supposed to be a contract y’all post to always help and treat like family yeah I don’t do none of that the service is poor as hell and I can’t wait till I’ll be done with y’all

Thieves

Thieves! I traded in my perfectly good phone for a newer phone to get the newer phone at discount. 2 months later, they said they never received the phone, but I still had the tracking information showing they did. Then they changed their tune saying it was broken, which isn't true unless it happened during shipping which is my problem because it was packaged up the way they wanted. Besides that, they could show proof of the damage or send my phone back. After multiple conversations, they said they still give me my promo. I get the next bill and guess what? No discount! I'm done!

exploited Veteran

I am giving Sprint the lowest grade I can at this point. I am a single mother of 3 pre-adults, and a veteran who also works for the federal government at this time. I ordered an Apple Watch seven series on August 5 at full price of $437.49. I received the watch on August 9. I proceeded to charge the watch after 30 minutes to watch did not turn on. I called Apple support to see if they can troubleshoot the watch, that process failed. so I proceeded to call Sprint and also do a live chat on my computer. After speaking to five representatives I could not get anything resolved. So I decided to go to Best Buy the next day purchased an Apple Watch for a lesser price every turn the watch back to Sprint. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for a return kit. So I asked the representative how long will it be for me to receive my funds back to my account. I was told by the representative Soon as the watch reach the warehouse I can give them a call on a particular number and they will expedite A refund. When I call back on the prospective date of the white ridge in the warehouse it was all a delay. So I called Matt on the following Monday the whitehead reach the warehouse I still cannot receive a refund. So I decided to call Sprint again on September 9 spoke to another representative gave her the entire information as she processed a refund or so I thought. The representative typed in the expiration date on my card incorrectly. Which I do not understand how that happened because I paid my bill with the same credit card. I received a call from a Sprint representative today as she proceeds to let me know that instead of receiving my money back to the card that I purchased the merchandise with Sprint decided to send me a prepaid MasterCard which I did not ask for. They also proceeded to let me know that as soon as I receive the card they can transfer the money from that prepaid card to my debit card which I don’t think that could happen. I’ve been a sprint customer says 2018 I have four other devices with Sprint which I just purchased around 5-6 months ago. I am not happy at all I am looking into another cell phone carrier.

If I can give 0 star I would currently…

If I can give 0 star I would currently deployed to South Korea and got charged $500 for 2 months straight for long distant call when I told them from the start I want it for my wife since I have a South Korean SIM card. Terrible customer service all they care about is overcharging customers.

Ordering/service

So i ordered a apple watch from sprint/tmobile back in august 17. Here it is september 9th and they canceled my order. I than spent about an hour and a half in a chat room being redirected to different people to finally be told that it was on backorder (witch is funny becouse walmart has the same watch in stock.) that was the results as to why it was canceled they could have easy said that in the email instead of your order has been canceled.
Also they have false advertisment with unlimited talk text and data they say its unlimited once you hit 50 gigs they lower your speed to the point where it times out or doesent load pages/drops calls/doesnt send texts/have to resend a text 10 times still not sending.
Every time i order something from sprint.com ie: new phone, new watch, new tablet, new whatever, my address is not found yet, usps,ups,fedex,uber,door dash, amazon, all know the address and deliver to said address yet sprint cant find this address.
So i spend about 2 or three hours on the phone trying to get them to deliver my product.

Chatted with an agent

Chatted with an agent, asking to cut my service. Was told that my FINAL BILL is only 249.93. I checked my account and the bill is $393.00!!!!

Way to screw your customer SPRINT!!! I have the chat transcript from Sprint to back-up my case.

Do not trust this company & dont get any service from SPRINT - they are a scam!

one of the worst phone company's ive had. i canceled my line & returned the phone & they still charged me 300$ when AFTER i returned the phone in march of 2022 it is now September & they still have not refunded me my money. i call almost every month & they say they will send a check in 7-10 business days. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE COMPANY. ITS THE WORST

a ridiculous company

a ridiculous company! i paid my bill to start a payment arrangement and they took my money and refused to reconnect my services i went to the store and they called sprint customer services for me! The employee was literally arguing with a supervisor rafiel that refused to reconnect my services after the money was already taken out! The guy in store said i’m not the only person this has happened to, he said another sprint customer comes in every month because when he pays his bill they disconnect his services! A absolutely terrible and unfair company! i’ll be getting out of sprint as soon as possible. unacceptable.
